APO Box Shipping - Shipping for the Apple Store

APO Box ships products from the Apple Store® to APO and FPO addresses.

To allow the Apple Store to ship to your APO/FPO you first have to sign up for an account with APO Box. We issue you a U.S. address which will allow Apple to send your order to us to ship via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

STEP 1: Sign up for an APO Box account and we will issue you a unique address in the United States that you can use with the Apple Store® and any online merchant.

STEP 2: Use your new U.S. APO Box address at the Apple Store online and we will send it to your APO/FPO address via the U.S. Post Office (USPS).

STEP 3: All you pay is the U.S. Postal Service postage fee, package insurance, and our APO handling fee ($5-$8) for each package we forward to you. It's that easy.

Do you have an APO/FPO as your billing address?

If so you can call your credit card company and add your new US APO Box address as an authorized shipper to use it as your billing address at Apple.

Why do some companies not ship to an APO address?
Many large companies do not ship to APO or FPO addresses because they have set up bulk shipping contracts with FedEx and UPS which restricts the use of the US Postal Service. The U.S. Postal Service is the only shipping carrier that ships to APO and FPO addresses.

What does APO Box do?
We receive and sign for all FedEx, UPS and DHL packages at ourwarehouses. We then handle all customs forms and mail them to you via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). This allows you to get what you want and large online companies do not violate their shipping contracts.
